A sticheron (Greek: "set in verses"; plural: stichera; Greek: ) is a particular hymn genre, which has to be sung during the morning (Orthros) and evening service (Hesperinos) of the Orthodox Church and those Eastern Catholic Churches which follow the Byzantine Rite.
