Silver Sun are an English, indie, power pop band, who formed in 1995 in Camden, London. They are known for their use of "harmonies modelled [sic] after The Beach Boys" and "guitars that...chopped their way through songs with a sharp, metallic blade." They flirted briefly with success in the late 1990s, with their first two albums being released by Polydor Records, but soon returned to "indie" status.
