Peronism , or Justicialism (Justicialismo), is an Argentine political movement based on the political thought of former President Juan Domingo Perón and his second wife, Eva Perón. The Justicialist Party (Partido Justicialista) derived its name from the Spanish words for "justice" (justicia).
