Lorraine Franconian (Lorraine Franconian: Plàtt, lottrìnger Plàtt; ; ) is a designation, in practice ambiguous, for dialects of West Central German , a group of High German dialects spoken in the Moselle département in the north-eastern French region of Lorraine (See Linguistic boundary of Moselle).
