For the ancient city, see Jezreel
For the kibbutz, see Yizre'el.
The Jezreel Valley (, translit. Emek Yizra'el), ( "Marj Ibn Amer") is a large fertile plain and inland valley south of the Lower Galilee region in Israel. The Samarian highlands and Mount Gilboa border the valley from the south and to the north lie the Israeli cities Afula and Tiberias. To the west is the Mount Carmel range, and to the east is the Jordan Valley.
