Tramar Lacel Dillard (born September 16, 1979), better known by his stage name Flo Rida (pronounced ) is an American recording artist from Carol City, Florida. He is known for releasing a string of hits, such as his 2008 breakout single "Low", which was number one for 10 weeks in the United States and broke the record for digital download sales at the time of its release. "Low" was followed by the Top 40 hits, "Elevator" and "In the Ayer".
