The Democratic Republican Party (, PDR) is a liberal and social-liberal Portuguese political party, founded in 2014. It was founded in Coimbra on 5 October 2014 and was legalised by the Portuguese Constitutional Court on 11 February 2015. It is member of the European Democratic Party and sits within the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe Group in the European Parliament.

The Democratic-Republican Party was the American political party in the 1790s of Thomas Jefferson and James Madison formed in opposition to the centralizing policies of the Federalist party. It came to power in 1800, and dominated national and state affairs until the 1820s, when it faded away.
