Ust-Tsilemsky District (; ) is an administrative district (raion), one of the twelve in the Komi Republic, Russia. It is located in the northwest of the republic. The area of the district is . Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Ust-Tsilma. As of the 2010 Census, the total population of the district was 13,036, with the population of Ust-Tsilma accounting for 37.4% of that number.
