The Tribune Media Company, also known as Tribune Media and formerly known as the Tribune Company, is an American multimedia corporation that is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, United States. A signifiant amount of the stock of publicly traded Tribune is held by three firms that were the company's senior debt holders: Oaktree Capital Management (which owns a 23% interest), Angelo, Gordon & Co. and JPMorgan Chase (which both own 9%).
