Toa Payoh (, ), officially Toa Payoh New Town, is an urban planning area and residential town located in the northern part of the Central Region of Singapore. The town borders Bishan and Serangoon to the north, the Central Water Catchment to the north-west, Kallang to the south, Geylang to the south-east, Novena to the west and Hougang to the east.
