Tajima cattle
are a type of black Wagyu cattle in Japan. Many Tajima cattle are born in Hyogo Prefecture and raised as stock for famous beef such as Kobe beef and Sanda beef. All the Tajima cattle are the descendants of "Tajiri-go" raised by Mr. Matsuzo Tajiri in OjiroKami Town in Tajima, northern part of Hyogo Prefecture.
