Canada – United States border

(U.S.) and
New Brunswick
(Canada). The river rises in the
Chiputneticook Lakes
and flows south and southeast, between
Calais
and
St. Stephen
. It discharges into
Passamaquoddy Bay
, in the
Bay of Fundy
