Sociedad Estatal de Participaciones Industriales (SEPI) is a Spanish organization whose purpose is to protect public investments in state owned, sponsored or supported industrial projects including their subsequent privatization, and is similar in nature to a private law firm but publicly owned and controlled by the Spanish Treasury and Public Administration Ministry , and reports directly to the Minister.
