Ruud Lubbers
Rudolphus Franciscus Marie "Ruud" Lubbers (; born 7 May 1939) is a retired Dutch politician of the Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA). He served as Prime Minister of the Netherlands from 4 November 1982 until 22 August 1994.
