Rakta Charitra (English: Blood History) is a 2010 two-part Indian bilingual biographical crime film based on the life of Paritala Ravindra , and Maddela Cheruvu Suri. Directed by Ram Gopal Varma, and written by Prashant Pandey, the film was simultaneously shot in Hindi and Telugu. The film was nominated for Stardust Readers Choice Award for Best Direction - Action/Thriller.
