Rahat (, ) is a predominantly Bedouin city in the South District of Israel. According to the Israel Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), at the end of December 2014 the city had a total population of 60,400 (53,095 in December 2010 and 51,700 in December 2009). As such, it is the largest Bedouin settlement in the world, and the only one in Israel to have city status.
