The Pari Aike Formation is a Late Cretaceous geologic formation of  Cenomanian (formerly believed to be Maastrichtian) age in southern Patagonia, Argentina. The giant titanosaur Puertasaurus along with other yet described dinosaur remains have been recovered from the formation.
