The Dutch Safety Board (DSB; , OVV, literally "Investigation Council for Safety") is based in The Hague, the Netherlands. The first chairman was Pieter van Vollenhoven, who served until February 2011. He was succeeded by Tjibbe Joustra, the current chairman.
