Likhoslavlsky District is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the thirty-six in Tver Oblast, Russia. It is located in the center of the oblast and borders with Maksatikhinsky District in the north, Rameshkovsky District in the east, Kalininsky District in the south, Torzhoksky District in the southwest, and with Spirovsky District in the northwest. The area of the district is . Its administrative center is the town of Likhoslavl. Population: 28,492 (2010 Census); The population of Likhoslavl accounts for 43.0% of the district's total population.
