Kimrsky District
Kimrsky District is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the thirty-six in Tver OblastRussia. It is located in the southeast of the oblast and borders with Kalyazinsky District in the northeast, Taldomsky District of Moscow Oblast and the town of Dubna, also of Moscow Obast, in the south, Konakovsky District in the southwest, Kalininsky District in the west, and with Rameshkovsky District in the northwest. The area of the district is . Its administrative center is the town of Kimry (which is not administratively a part of the district). Population: 13,190 (2010 Census);
