Command Sergeant Major John Wayne Troxell is a member of the United States Army, and is the third Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He enlisted in the United States Army in September 1982 as an armored reconnaissance specialist and graduated One Station Unit Training at Fort Knox, Ky.
