ESPN
ESPN (originally an acronym for Entertainment and Sports Programming Network) is a U.S.-based global cable and satellite television channel owned by ESPN Inc., a joint venture between The Walt Disney Company (which operates the network) and the Hearst Corporation (which owns a 20% minority share).

ESPN Events (formerly ESPN Regional Television, ESPN Regional, and until 2008, ESPN Plus) is an American college football regional bowl game planning division and formerly a sports programming syndicator that is owned by ESPN Inc., a joint venture between the Disney–ABC Television Group division of The Walt Disney Company (which owns a controlling 80% stake) and the Hearst Corporation (which owns the remaining 20%).

ESPN + (ESPN más) is an ESPN channel based in Argentina broadcasting to nine countries of South America. Its programming is mostly footballtennis and rugby union related. It also broadcasts some shows about leagues of different sports from Argentina.
