Gerard Adriaan "Ard" van der Steur (; born 7 October 1969) is a Dutch politician and lawyer. On 20 March 2015 he became Minister of Security and Justice. As a member of the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (Volkspartij voor Vrijheid en Democratie) he has been an MP since 17 June 2010. He focuses on matters of judiciary, constitutional and administrative law.
