Adrian Lyne (born 4 March 1941) is a British film director, writer, and producer. He is best known for directing films that focus on sexually charged stories and characters, and often uses natural light. He is best known for directing Fatal Attraction, 9 1/2 Weeks, Flashdance, Indecent Proposal, Jacob's Ladder and Unfaithful.
